Karen and Georgia – radio interviews at the BBC

We did nine radio interviews yesterday. From a studio in London we discussed sibling rivalry on BBC stations from Jersey to Northern Scotland and Ireland.

Some of the sibling stories we heard were extraordinary. One radio host said that he was going to get his sister a copy of our book. “Well, tie it to a brick and throw it through her window!” We think he was joking.

Another said that her older brothers stabbed and even shot her when she was younger. She wasn’t joking, but she sounded very philosophical about it.

Karen’s daughter Anya came with us, as it was Go To Work With Your Parents Day at her school, and she was interviewed too. Well done Anya – she was a natural.
